The iM2050-3075 Storm Cases come equipped with two-pound cubed polyurethane foam, multi-layered for easy customization. Foam can be easily configured by simply pulling out cubes as needed; the layers allow you to create shelves to precisely fit odd-shaped items.
Our longer models (iM3100-3300) have layers of solid polyethylene foam, which can be cut with a blade to any shape desired.
For more intricate designs, Hardigg’s computer-controlled waterjet foam cutting system can accurately handle complex, curved, and detailed shapes. Where static electricity is a concern, Hardigg’s antistatic polyurethane and polyethylene foams inhibit static build-up and help disperse any static charge.
For a high degree of flexibility without cutting, padded divider sets can be installed in many of our Storm Cases. The dividers are water-resistant and covered in PVC-coated ballistic nylon fabric, providing durable, dependable protection.
All Storm Cases are also available empty, without interior protective systems. Please contact us for more information regarding any of our custom or standard foam options.
